A sample record, as it will look when the beta opens. Dates are illustrative.

Why we're building this

Teddy flew in on 1 July 2022.

He came from Mumbai on the evening flight, the same day we landed in Dubai. His whole medical history came with him: one booklet, handwritten dates, a microchip number running off the edge of the page.

Four years later it is still a booklet. We have been late with vaccinations more than once, and late with deworming badly enough that it ended at the vet. Every time somebody asked for proof, we went looking through old photos on a phone.

There was no system for this. So we are building one.

What you get on day one

Photograph the booklet once.

Teddy turns it into a record you own, tells you what is due next, and gives you a link to send to anyone who asks for proof.

1

One record, sourced

Every date is tagged with the booklet page or invoice it came from, so you can check our work.

2

Dates that find you

Vaccinations, deworming and parasite treatment, worked out from what was actually given.

3

Proof in one tap

Send a groomer or boarder a link to the vaccination record, with the vet stamp. No phone number, no address.

Tell us what to build

What would actually make your life easier?

We would rather build the thing you are already struggling with than the thing we guessed at. Message the founder directly. No form, no ticket number, no bot.

On the way

This is the first slice. A lot more is coming.

  • Ask about your pet's history on WhatsApp
  • Every pet in the house, on one account
  • A step-by-step guide to registering with your municipality
  • Travel and relocation, planned back from your flight date
  • Reminders for the whole household, not just you
  • A brief for the sitter: food, medication, vet, emergency contact
  • Invoices and documents, kept beside the booklet
  • The app in Arabic, written by a native speaker

That list is what we plan to build, not what exists today. The order will change based on what you tell us.

Be first in on 8 November.

It's free. One email when the beta opens, nothing else.

What we promise

It's your pet's record, not ours.

  • We never sell your data, to anyone, at any price.
  • We never show ads. The record is not a billboard.
  • We don't diagnose. That is your vet's job, and we send you to them.
  • Export everything you have given us, in one tap.
  • Delete your account and we remove your record and every image.

Privacy

Winvid FZCO, and Google, which hosts the private spreadsheet we keep the list in. We never sell it, and we never use it for ads.
How long
Until you ask us to remove it.
